About the role

What you’ll do
Own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery across the provider-data lifecycle
Lead a team of Product Managers, including coaching and development
Partner with technology, data, and healthcare operations teams
Improve provider data reliability and network readiness
Enhance claims outcomes and member and provider experiences
What you’ll need
10+ years of product management experience owning complex, multi-team product areas
5+ years of people-management experience coaching and developing Product Managers
Experience leading strategy for technically complex products with data, platform, integrations, or operational workflows
Ability to define product and operational metrics and drive measurable outcomes
Experience partnering with engineering, data, design, operations, and senior leaders in cross-functional environments
Experience with provider-facing healthcare products or payer-provider operations, including provider directory management, credentialing, claims, or onboarding
