About the role
CGI is hiring an Operations Analyst (SRE) to support the reliability of its Advantage platform through monitoring, incident triage, and operational workflows. The role requires senior-level experience in cloud/application operations, Azure/Kubernetes, ITSM, monitoring tools, and scripting.
What you’ll do
Monitor and triage events on the Advantage platform
Execute incident and service-request workflows
Contribute to automation of operational tasks
Support problem management and root cause analysis
Maintain operational documentation
Provide incident updates and operational handoffs
What you’ll need
5+ years in cloud/application operations, NOC, or L1/L2 production support
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes (AKS)
Experience with monitoring and logging platforms such as Grafana, log search, and alert management
Basic scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
Knowledge of ITSM, incident management, SLA awareness, and quality ticket documentation
Linux and networking fundamentals (DNS, TLS, load balancing) plus experience with Git
