About the role
L&G Asset Management – America is hiring an experienced multi-asset trader for its Chicago Global Trading Team to execute and advise on equities, derivatives, and FX, with a focus on algorithmic execution and market risk.
What you’ll do
Execute trades across equities, derivatives, and FX
Advise investment teams on implementation and market opportunities
Manage large numbers of orders efficiently
Manage risk, market impact, and liquidity
Collaborate with investment teams in a fast-paced environment
Adapt to new asset classes and products as needs arise
What you’ll need
5+ years of equity trading experience at a buy-side or sell-side institution
Experience trading using algorithms
Solid understanding of market structure and risk
High attention to detail and strong risk management mindset
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and multitasking skills
Derivatives or FX trading experience is advantageous
