About the role
Abridge is hiring a forward-deployed product leader to run focused engagements with health system partners, leading a small pod from discovery through delivery. What you’ll do
Run focused engagements with health system partners from on-site discovery and scoping through delivery
Lead a small product pod and make product and feature decisions
Bring field learnings back to Abridge's core product
Operate as the senior product voice in front of health system executives
Deliver live systems, not documents, as outcomes of time-bound engagements
What you’ll need
7+ years of product management experience shipping products end-to-end
Builder mentality with strong user empathy and product taste
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create clear roadmaps
Cross-functional credibility with engineers, design, and C-level executives
Healthcare or clinical workflow experience, or familiarity with Epic or other EHR platforms
Prior forward deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-facing product role at an enterprise AI company
