6+ years of professional software engineering experience with end-to-end production applications
Proven experience building AI into production systems, such as LLM extraction/classification, RAG, or agentic workflows
Strong TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js/Express, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL/ORM skills
Strong quality mindset with automated testing, code reviews, and ownership
Based in Hamburg or willing to relocate; fluent English
Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues
