About the role
Trip.com Group seeks a Business Development Manager to expand ride-hailing and ground-transportation partnerships across the Americas, optimize procurement and supplier performance, and drive service quality improvements.
What you’ll do
Develop local mobility markets and supplier partnerships
Optimize ground-transportation products and procurement
Collaborate with internal teams to improve supplier performance and service quality
Independently source, evaluate, and develop partners
Negotiate pricing, supply, service standards, and cooperation terms
Identify issues from transaction, margin, pricing, and service data and implement improvements
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or above
3+ years in business development, supplier management, or a related field
Based in the United States and located in California, familiar with local markets
Strong commercial negotiation and business analysis skills with Excel proficiency
Fluent in English and Spanish for business communication and negotiation
Experience with airport transfers, ride-hailing, fleet operations, or online travel platforms preferred
