What you’ll need
10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise risk, audit, compliance, legal, or related function in a regulated financial environment
Strong track record leading enterprise risk assessments and advising senior leadership
Experience influencing cross-functional initiatives and operating independently in complex environments
Bachelor's degree required
Relevant professional certification (FRM, PRM, CRCM, CRM, or similar)
Credit union or financial services experience strongly preferred
