About the role

What you’ll do
Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and IT roles

Manage multiple complex searches simultaneously
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or technical field (or equivalent experience)
Full-cycle recruiting experience in technical and IT roles
Proficiency with technical sourcing tools and platforms (GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Ability to detect fraudulent or AI-generated candidates
