About the role
Scale AI seeks a Forward Deployed Product Manager to lead enterprise AI/ML deployments, ensuring product success by translating customer operational realities into actionable platform insights and driving complex integrations from contract to production.
What you’ll do
Own product-side success for enterprise deployments
Work closely with customers to translate operational realities into product insights
Drive AI/ML platform capabilities from contract to production at scale
Manage relationships with senior customer stakeholders
Bridge customer engineering teams and Scale platform engineers
Operate in ambiguous environments and drive decisions with incomplete information
What you’ll need
6+ years in product management, technical program management, or customer-facing product ownership
Proven record shipping products or platform capabilities into large organizations, not pilots
Extreme ownership and follow-through without formal authority
Comfortable with senior customer stakeholders (VP/C-level) and senior engineers
Technical fluency to discuss architectural tradeoffs with platform engineers
Direct experience with AI/ML platform products such as data labeling, RLHF, fine-tuning, or model evaluation
