What you’ll do
Own systems and processes for performance reviews, talent calibration, and promotion planning
Drive the roadmap for People Systems and related AI tools
Improve employee and manager experiences
Align partners and communicate roadmap decisions clearly
Define, prioritize, and deliver product improvements with engineers, designers, and data scientists
Use data and experimentation to make product decisions
What you’ll need
Minimum of 7 years related experience; or 5 years with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working closely with engineers, designers, and data scientists
Data-driven mindset including SQL or equivalent and A/B testing
Comfortable writing queries, interpreting experiment results, and making evidence-based decisions
Deep curiosity and accountability for product data and insights
