About the role

What you’ll do

• Design, deploy, and scale network hardware and software solutions
• Perform system integration and optical interconnect testing
• Develop automation for network operations and reliability
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to improve testing frameworks and deployments
• Enhance quality assurance and network operations

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 2+ years of scripting and test automation experience using Python, Java, Bash, Perl, or similar
• 2+ years of experience cleaning, validating, and developing metrics for monitoring and alarming on fleet data
• 2+ years of experience in hardware and systems design, development, and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of optical transceivers and data center networks; 1+ year of experience in network design, protocols, topology, hardware, device configuration, and traffic engineering
• 1+ year of experience in SQL, database, AWS services, and working with ODMs and component suppliers for optical solutions
