About the role
LiveKit is hiring a Revenue Accounting Manager to act as the technical authority on revenue accounting, owning the order-to-cash cycle, revenue policies, close processes, and external audit work while improving billing and collections.
What you’ll do
Serve as technical authority on revenue accounting
Own Order to Cash cycle
Establish revenue policies
Manage revenue close and external audit work
Improve billing, reconciliation, collections, and commission accounting processes
What you’ll need
Licensed CPA with Big 4 or comparable technical accounting foundation
Real industry experience in a high-growth startup environment
Demonstrable ASC 606 experience with usage-based or consumption revenue
Write technical memos with facts, guidance, analysis, and conclusion
Experience assessing GAAP guidance and implementing it
Owned monthly revenue close hands-on and closed revenue through at least one external audit
