What you’ll do
Define and implement an end-to-end AI software development lifecycle framework
Implement AI-driven reverse and forward engineering processes
Develop specification-driven development workflows
Create and manage agent workflows for software engineering
Establish governance for AI-generated software artifacts
Drive adoption of the AI SDLC framework from PoC to enterprise scale
What you’ll need
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents/Agentic AI
Experience with AI-assisted software engineering and SDLC automation
Proficiency in .NET/Java, Angular/React, APIs, SQL, Python, Azure/Cloud
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and enterprise security
Experience building an AI SDLC / Agentic Engineering framework from PoC to enterprise adoption
