Build AI-native, connected experiences for benefits enrollment, administration, and compliance
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes
Own end-to-end product experiences across multiple products and domains
Partner with engineering on technical decisions, system architecture, and AI/ML-powered features
What you’ll need
5+ years of product management experience shipping products customers love
Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end product experiences with a high bar for quality
Experience defining product strategy that drove meaningful business growth
Experience using AI tools daily and applying AI/ML or agentic AI to complex workflows
Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
Domain expertise in benefits administration, insurance, payroll, HR, or regulated SaaS workflows
