About the role
Flex seeks an Associate Director to own and evolve key components of its Compliance Management System, including policy, standards, training, program management, and audit support, while partnering with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Legal.
What you’ll do

What you’ll need
8+ years of experience in financial services or fintech compliance with increasing program ownership and strategic scope
Experience building or operating Compliance Management Systems or large programmatic compliance functions
Deep expertise in consumer protection regulations including Reg E, Reg Z, UDAAP, and FCRA
Experience supporting regulatory exams, external audits, or bank partner oversight in a regulated financial services environment
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; effective communicator able to influence regulators, bank partners, executives, and technical teams
Bachelor's degree required; JD or advanced degree
