Vault is seeking a Risk & Reinsurance Associate to analyze and monitor property catastrophe and reinsurance exposures. The role uses exposure, policy, geographic, and catastrophe data to support portfolio monitoring, underwriting, event response, and strategic initiatives.
What you’ll do
Support analysis of property catastrophe and reinsurance exposures
Monitor portfolio and reinsurance exposures
Work with exposure, policy, geographic, and catastrophe data
Support underwriting and portfolio monitoring
Support event response activities
Contribute to strategic initiatives
What you’ll need
1–3 years in insurance and/or reinsurance
Strong analytical and data acumen
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL
Working knowledge of ESRI/ArcGIS or geospatial tools
Experience with property exposure, catastrophe risk, or reinsurance data
Bachelor's degree in quantitative, business, insurance, risk management, GIS, or related field, or equivalent experience
