About the role
Software Business Analyst responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and validating requirements for enterprise software solutions, bridging business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
What you’ll do
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements for software solutions
Translate between business stakeholders and engineering teams to align delivery with business objectives
Author design specifications and functional design documentation for the software development team
Prepare and present concepts and vision to development team, management, and stakeholders
Identify potential impacts and gaps between current situation and desired end-state
Collaborate with stakeholders and drive software innovations for business optimization
What you’ll need
Minimum 4+ years of experience in designing enterprise software solutions
Experience in identifying potential impacts and/or gaps between current and desired end-state
Experience designing complex software products including multiple versions/releases
Proven experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps or Atlassian Jira for user stories
Ability to author design specifications and functional design documentation
Good understanding of Agile methodology and Scrum methods
