About the role
LionsBot International is hiring a Robotics Service Technician to deploy, commission, train users on, and troubleshoot autonomous floor cleaning robots for U.S. customers. The role requires frequent travel across North America and coordination with internal engineering teams.
What you’ll do
Deploy and commission cleaning robots at customer sites
Train users on cleaning robots
Troubleshoot cleaning robots
Provide technical service and customer support to U.S. customers
Coordinate with internal Engineering teams
Travel frequently to customer sites throughout North America
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in robotics/mechatronics, electrical, electronic, mechanical, IT, or equivalent
2+ years of experience in electrical, electronic, or mechanical fields
1+ years of professional customer service experience in-person and/or remotely
Previous experience leading adult training
Ability to travel regularly throughout North America (80%+) and lift 60 pounds
Valid driver's license, insured reliable vehicle, and U.S. work authorization
