Bachelor's degree in health information management or related field
7+ years of progressive experience in coding or revenue cycle
Professional coding certification (RHIA, RHIT, CPC, CCS, or CCS-P)
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Strong understanding of payer requirements and reimbursement methodologies
Experience with Epic or other major EHR platforms
