About the role
Tint is hiring an entry-level Associate Product Manager to support an embedded-insurance product program remotely in the United States. The role blends data monitoring, QA, documentation, bug tracking, and project coordination for an operationally complex product.
What you’ll do
Monitor data and maintain accurate product documentation
Coordinate bug reports and user feedback
QA engineering work before release

Investigate issues using logs and dashboards
What you’ll need
Evidence of working somewhere with real stakes and standards (substantive internship, first job with ownership, or support/QA/ops/coordination/analytics)
Exposure to insurance, fintech, or another regulated domain
Hands-on experience with an observability tool, especially Datadog
Experience in a QA or test role, formal or informal
Familiarity with issue trackers like Linear or Jira as an owner
Experience working with recurring data feeds from external systems
