What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of technical IT support experience with at least 2 years supporting senior leadership
Deep understanding of ITIL-aligned IT service operations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD
Experience with macOS administration and Apple MDM
Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
