What you’ll do
Design and scale backend services for loan origination workflows
Own production reliability and monitoring
Collaborate with product, DevOps, and engineering teams
Handle support escalations and debug live production systems
Build AI-powered capabilities into the platform
Implement secure SDLC practices and automated testing
What you’ll need
5+ years of backend engineering experience with Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, and Docker
Strong command of RESTful API design, microservices, and event-driven architectures
Deep experience with relational and NoSQL data modeling and query optimization
Solid habits around automated testing and CI/CD
Working knowledge of secure SDLC practices (OAuth 2.0, JWT, OWASP Top 10)
Experience with monitoring and APM tooling (Datadog, CloudWatch, New Relic)
