Strong computational and analytical skills with complex biomedical data
Proficiency in statistical/bioinformatics software (R, Bioconductor) and multiple programming languages
Experience in high-performance-computing Linux command-line environments
Experience with biomedical image analysis and machine learning-based methods
Experience with reproducible workflows, workflow managers (Nextflow/Snakemake), and version control (GitHub)
