About the role
Escalante Golf is hiring a Senior-level SEO & AI Visibility Manager to lead organic search and AI visibility across its portfolio of clubs and resorts. The role spans technical SEO, content, local presence, digital PR, platform management, and performance reporting.
What you’ll do
Lead organic search and AI visibility across the club and resort portfolio
Drive technical SEO and content programs
Manage local presence and Google Business Profile at scale
Support digital PR and platform management
Connect web activity to CRM leads and revenue
Report performance and prioritize across properties and stakeholders
What you’ll need
5-7 years in SEO with multi-site or portfolio experience
Fluent in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, with CRM/revenue experience
Hands-on with enterprise SEO platforms (Semrush or similar) and Google Business Profile management at scale
Strong writer able to drive website blogs and content programs
Demonstrated adaptation to AI search and generative engine optimization
Comfortable with constrained CMS platforms and excellent communication/presentation skills
