Samsara is hiring a remote Enterprise Implementation Consultant to manage IoT deployment and adoption for its largest customers in East/Central US. The role requires senior-level customer success and technical implementation experience, working cross-functionally to drive business value and product adoption.
What you’ll do
Manage deployment of Samsara IoT solutions for fleet and industrial assets
Support customer training and product adoption
Coordinate with cross-functional teams
Guide large customers through adoption and business value
Communicate effectively with executives and day-to-day users
What you’ll need
4+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
Experience supporting or working with technical products
End-to-end system implementation experience
Strong problem solving and project management skills
Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
