About the role
Penske Truck Leasing seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of digital products supporting transportation and logistics services, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
What you’ll do
Lead vision, strategy, execution, and optimization of digital products
Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, and business stakeholders
Define product strategy and translate ambiguous problems into clear priorities
Drive product discovery through customer research and experimentation
Track and optimize product metrics and KPIs
Align stakeholders and present to senior leadership
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of product management experience in digital, SaaS, or platform-based environments
End-to-end ownership from discovery through delivery and optimization
Strong product discovery skills including customer research, MVPs, and A/B testing
Data-driven decision-making with experience defining and tracking KPIs
Ability to engage with engineering on APIs, integrations, and data flows
