About the role

What you’ll need
5+ years in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role
Associate's or bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and identity management
Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and firewalls
Practical security habits: MFA, patching, backups, and least-privilege access
Demonstrated interest in AI, including AI agents, retrieval, or AI automation projects
