About the role

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain technical capabilities supporting Hyundai and Genesis business objectives
• Partner with business divisions, IT affiliates, and vendors to scope and deliver technology projects
• Manage budgets and risks for technology initiatives
• Provide product ownership and project leadership
• Identify and quantify business opportunities as they apply to technology
• Oversee system design encompassing various department and partner needs

What you’ll need

• Six or more years of automotive service, parts, and customer experience related systems experience
• Knowledge of development methodologies, financial analysis, and project management techniques
• Experience creating and presenting executive-facing presentations and materials
• Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• Ability to manage by influence as well as authority
• Hands-on experience in budgeting and strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
