About the role
Crum & Forster's Travel Insured International is hiring an Engineering Leader to oversee software engineering and QA teams, with accountability for team development, software delivery, AI-enabled engineering adoption, and operational reliability.
What you’ll do
Lead software engineering and quality assurance teams
Drive team development and scale the engineering organization
Own software delivery and operational reliability
Champion AI-enabled engineering adoption and modern practices
Manage multiple projects and priorities across strategic and tactical levels
Partner strategically and influence outcomes and metrics
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience
12 years in software engineering, with 3-5+ years leading engineering teams and managers
Proven delivery and operational reliability ownership in scaled-agile / Agile Release Train environments
Hands-on Microsoft/Azure stack: .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, React/Angular/TypeScript, REST/GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL, Azure, CI/CD DevOps
Proven people-leadership including hiring, performance management, org design, and scaling high-performing engineering organizations
Experience driving adoption of AI-enabled engineering tools and practices at team scale
