About the role
SAP seeks a Senior User Experience Design Specialist to develop UX concepts and interaction designs for business applications, focusing on scalable customer experiences powered by customer data management, machine learning, and microservices.
What you’ll do
Develop UX concepts for business applications
Define interaction designs
Collaborate with SAP CX application units
Gather feedback from customers and end users
Create scalable, connected customer experiences using customer data management, machine learning, and microservices
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field plus 6 years of progressive experience; or Master's degree plus 4 years
User research and usability testing including interviews, surveys, prototype testing, remote/moderated usability testing, and accessibility testing
Wireframing, storyboarding, and prototyping using Figma, Sketch, InVision, Flinto, and Principle
Interaction design using user flows, navigation patterns, and micro-interactions
Enterprise data visualization for analytics including custom dashboards and S/4HANA data integration
Design system development, information architecture, cross-platform mobile responsive UX, advanced visual communication, and immersive technology UI/UX design
