What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
2 to 4 years of experience in compliance testing, internal audit, risk management, or related function in banking, fintech, or financial services
Working knowledge of banking regulations, compliance management systems, and regulatory expectations
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
