What you’ll do

• Support enterprise adoption and operationalization of Data & AI Governance
• Translate governance expectations into practical business-facing guidance
• Engage stakeholders across business, technology, risk, legal, compliance, cybersecurity, architecture, and data functions
• Improve governance maturity and alignment across the organization
• Facilitate alignment on ambiguous governance issues and clarify roles
• Develop enablement materials, playbooks, or adoption plans for enterprise programs

What you’ll need

• 6+ years in data governance, AI governance, data management, risk, compliance, enterprise architecture, business transformation, technology strategy, or related disciplines
• Experience operationalizing governance, risk, compliance, data, AI, or technology practices across business units or enterprise functions
• Experience translating enterprise policies, standards, or operating models into practical guidance and adoption plans
• Proven ability to work across business, technology, risk, legal, compliance, cybersecurity, architecture, and data stakeholders
• Experience supporting governance or transformation efforts in large, complex, matrixed, or regulated organizations
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, influence, communication, and executive-ready messaging skills
