What you’ll need
15+ years related experience with Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5+ years in Field Service leadership
5+ years in global program management, learning and development, or related field
Experience leading complex cross-functional programs in a global matrixed organization
Strong project/program management skills including scope, planning, governance, and reporting
Experience with leadership development programs, learning academies, or certification programs
