About the role

What you’ll do
Configure and automate Jira Service Management workflows
Integrate JSM with enterprise applications such as SSO, Azure, monitoring, HR, and ERP systems
Support data migration and ensure CMDB data integrity
Design and optimize service management workflows aligned to ITIL
Facilitate discovery workshops to gather requirements and prioritize configuration work
Produce service management documentation and training materials
What you’ll need
3+ years configuring and administering Jira Service Management
3+ years designing workflows and automation rules aligned to ITIL
3+ years improving enterprise service delivery and ITSM process maturity
Experience with data integrity, CMDB reconciliation, and AQL
Proficiency with JQL, PowerShell/Python, and REST APIs
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
