What you’ll do
Lead automation and technology deployments across Experience & Retail
Modernize workflows and drive efficiency improvements
Integrate emerging technologies to improve member and employee services
Support vendor selection and management for enterprise technology solutions
Drive cross-functional collaboration on retail workflow analysis
Champion user technology adoption using innovation models
What you’ll need
7+ years in process improvement, project management, or technology implementation in retail financial services
Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Expertise in blockchain/DLT, smart contracts, and AI workflow automation
Strong understanding of KYC/AML/NRA compliance and regulatory reporting
Experience with RPA tools, business process automation, zero-trust architecture, and Azure AD
Knowledge of UTAUT, TPB, and TAM technology adoption models
