10+ years in hardware validation, reliability, and testing engineering

Product experience across consumer electronics and automotive, trucking, defense, construction, mining, or agriculture
Expertise in system test requirements, environmental reliability, HIL setups, and standards like ISO 16750, AEC-Q100, MIL-STD
Proficiency in Python/C++/scripting for test automation, data analysis, and hardware control, plus experience shipping complex hardware in startup and mass-production environments
