Translate business and payment-processing needs into requirements, workflows, and actionable solutions
Support product backlog refinement, testing, and implementation throughout the software development lifecycle
Connect business stakeholders with technical teams
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
3–5 years of Business Analyst experience in payments, financial services, or fintech
Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria
Experience working in Agile environment and partnering with Product Owners
Experience with software testing and UAT
