About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead strategy, performance, and lifecycle of credentialing and certification products
• Partner with certification, assessment, finance, technology, marketing, and operations teams
• Set product direction and priorities
• Drive continuous improvement across the product portfolio
• Use customer insights, market data, financials, and performance metrics to shape strategy
• Support pricing and revenue decisions with finance partners

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, information systems, education, assessment, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, program management, service-line management, or business strategy
• Experience managing complex external-facing products through full lifecycle from discovery to continuous improvement
• Experience using customer insights, market data, financials, and metrics to shape product strategy
• Background in credentialing, certification, assessment, healthcare, or a regulated environment
• Strong communication and public speaking skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
