About the role
Supports enterprise data, information, and AI governance at the World Bank Group by developing policies, controls, and governance frameworks, aligning stakeholders, and advancing lifecycle management and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
Develop and implement governance policies and controls
Support governance bodies and stakeholder alignment
Advance lifecycle management, assurance, and continuous improvement
Translate policy into roles, processes, decision rights, controls, and guidance
Facilitate complex discussions with senior governance bodies
Assess governance gaps and monitor implementation
What you’ll need
Master's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience, or Bachelor's with 7+ years
Demonstrated expertise in developing data, information, and/or AI governance frameworks
Proven experience implementing data, information, and/or AI governance
Strong knowledge of AI, data, and information management disciplines
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge of standards and frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM, CMMI, ISO, and NIST AI RMF
