About the role
August Bioservices seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives for drug development and manufacturing projects in a CDMO environment. The role coordinates project activities, drives process improvements, and ensures successful delivery for pharmaceutical and biotech customers.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's Degree in scientific or engineering discipline
5+ years managing cross-functional teams or projects in CDMO, pharmaceutical development, or GLP/GMP manufacturing
Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, ERP, CRM, and Documentation Systems
Excellent leadership, written and verbal communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills
Knowledge of FDA regulation/ICH guidelines and U.S. drug development process preferred
