What you’ll do
Gather and translate business needs into requirements
Analyze GIS workflows and integrations
Coordinate with business, GIS, IT, development, and vendor teams
Support technology and application initiatives across a utility portfolio
Develop business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Support UAT, testing, validation, and defect resolution
What you’ll need
Strong hands-on Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives
Significant GIS experience, preferably in Esri/ArcGIS ecosystem
Experience with GIS-driven business processes and application projects
Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills
Experience supporting enterprise application integrations and UAT
Utility, energy, gas, or electric industry experience; SAP experience a plus
