About the role
Rowan Digital Infrastructure is hiring a Senior Manager to build and improve systems, processes, and reporting for its Business Development organization, supporting increasing deal volume and direct engagement with hyperscale and AI customers. The role requires deep familiarity with the data center market and strong CRM expertise.
What you’ll do
Build and improve Business Development systems and processes
Support customer and market intelligence
Manage deal forecasting and visibility
Support customer planning
Engage directly with hyperscale and AI customers
Translate customer signals into inputs for site selection, pricing, and positioning
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years in business development operations, program/project management, or related commercial operations
Demonstrated experience with CRM systems and dashboard tools
Proficiency with Microsoft products including PowerPoint, CoPilot, Teams, and SharePoint
Excellent communication skills for senior leadership and board-level audiences
Direct experience with hyper-scalers or data center industry preferred
