About the role
Pfizer is hiring a Senior Director to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-enabled content creation and MLR review products within Marketing AI, managing product teams and partnering across global business, engineering, data, and MLR functions to scale governed AI solutions.
What you’ll do
Define vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for AI-enabled content creation and MLR review products
Lead and manage AI product teams
Partner with business, product, CMO, AI engineering, data, and MLR teams
Scale governed AI products across US and international markets
Align AI initiatives with business goals and industry trends
Oversee project delivery and foster collaboration and innovation
What you’ll need
BA/BS required; 12+ years leading cross-functional commercial projects
Experience with AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Hands-on experience designing, training, and deploying AI models
Ability to lead and inspire a team
Strong project management, executive communication, and cross-functional influence skills
Experience in regulated or highly governed environments and working with global teams
