7+ years applying machine learning to time series and/or geospatial data
Strong Python skills with libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, SciPy
Experience with database/file systems (PostgreSQL, HDFS) and version control (Git)
3+ years with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow) and radar data
