Use platform metrics and developer feedback to measure adoption, experience, reliability, and outcomes
What you’ll need
Proven experience leading across multiple engineering teams in Platform Engineering, infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, or a related environment
Experience leading and developing Engineering Managers and engineers
Track record delivering platform capabilities at scale that improve developer productivity, reliability, or operational efficiency
Experience building or scaling internal developer platforms and self-service capabilities with platform-as-a-product principles
Strong technical understanding of platform architecture, distributed systems, and modern software delivery
Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, GitOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and observability
