About the role

What you’ll do
Manage assigned customer product development programs
Lead program teams and coordinate planning, schedules, and deliverables

Influence peer group and leverage capabilities across a matrixed organization
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum eight years' experience in automotive or closely related industry
Experience in at least three cross-functional areas: Quality, Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, and/or Sales
Experience managing a program from quote through launch
Project leadership experience in a matrix organization
Proficiency in MS Office and other program management systems
