About the role
Fluidstack is hiring a Senior Talent Team Lead to own hiring strategy and execution for its Software organization, leading and mentoring a talent acquisition team, and building recruiting processes for software, product, and platform roles.
What you’ll do
Own hiring strategy and execution
Lead and mentor a talent acquisition team
Partner with senior hiring managers
Build recruiting processes and infrastructure
Take on hard searches and model execution
Measure pipeline conversion, source quality, and time-to-hire
What you’ll need
Experience building and running hiring for software engineering or product orgs in hyper-growth
Leadership and strategic team management while staying hands-on
Managed people through 3-4 full annual performance review cycles
Understand difference between competent and exceptional
Ability to build for the year but pivot quickly
Deep-technical recruiting in AI, infrastructure, distributed systems
