About the role
World Wide Technology is hiring a Business Operations Manager for the PNW region to serve as the financial and operational partner to an Area Vice President and Regional Sales Managers, driving regional execution across forecasting, margin, pricing, compensation, and expense management.
What you’ll do
Drive regional execution across forecasting, margin, and pricing strategy
Support executive engagement and regional sales leadership
Manage compensation planning and sales compensation plan administration
Oversee gross profit performance and expense management
Partner with Area Vice President and Regional Sales Managers
Build and administer sales compensation plans
What you’ll need
7+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, business/financial operations, or FP&A
Experience at an IT solutions provider, VAR, technology distributor, OEM, or complex B2B technology sales organization
Advanced Excel and BI-tool skills including Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Deep, hands-on Salesforce experience with administrator-level fluency strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
