About the role
Harrison Gray Search is recruiting Senior Product Managers for an employee-owned RIA building a firm-wide advisor platform. The role will lead either analytics and reporting or client onboarding, shaping product strategy, improving workflows, and delivering platform capabilities with business and technical stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Lead analytics and reporting or client onboarding product areas
Shape product strategy and roadmap
Improve workflows across the advisor platform
Deliver platform capabilities with business and technical stakeholders
Partner with analysts to shape BI and reporting solutions
Drive platform capabilities with minimal oversight
What you’ll need
5+ years of software product management, including owning reporting, analytics, or data products
Product management, business analysis, or product ownership experience at an RIA, wealth manager, broker-dealer, or wealthtech company
Working knowledge of Power BI or a similar BI platform
Clear understanding of wealth metrics such as AUM, revenue, billing, and advisor productivity
Experience owning, redesigning, or building client onboarding or account opening in wealth management
Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree, CFP/CRPC, or advisor background is a plus
