What you’ll do
Design and implement workflow solutions to automate and optimize operational processes
Translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories
Improve process documentation and operational readiness
Partner with product, operations, legal, compliance, and technology teams
Manage multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive decision clarity
What you’ll need
5+ years in business analysis, product operations, or related roles
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Expertise in product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
Experience with workflow platforms like Appian; fintech/regulated industry preferred
